There are two methods for manufacturing antistatic blister trays. The first and most common method involves spraying an antistatic liquid onto the surface of the blister product after it has been formed, creating a conductive layer. The liquid adheres to the surface after drying.

The second method involves adding antistatic materials to the raw materials of the blister sheet. This must be done during the raw material production process. Adding antistatic materials is significantly more expensive than external spraying, but the resulting antistatic value of the blister product is very stable. Furthermore, it has an advantage that external spraying cannot match: the antistatic effect of blister products containing internal antistatic materials is permanent. Even after a long period of time, the antistatic effect remains intact, unlike externally sprayed antistatic materials.
