What are the antistatic requirements for antistatic workplaces

For direct contact with static-sensitive equipment, an anti-static wrist strap must be used. The wrist strap should have good contact with human skin, and the wrist grounding resistance should be 1MΩ. You must wear anti-static work shoes to the work area. Workwear fabrics shall conform to relevant national standards. For ordinary shoes, use conductive shoes, anti-static shoes, or heel straps. SMD components and staff must wear anti-static clothing in contact with static work areas, especially in dry environments (such as winter) with relative humidity less than 50%. The production base of anti-static container bag components, turnover boxes, and printed circuit board loading and unloading racks should have static protection. Metal and ordinary containers are not allowed. All containers must be grounded.

Anti-static devices such as anti-static watches, wrist straps, and grounding wire connectors, static safe working platforms, do not allow plastic boxes, rubber, cardboard, glass and other debris to be stacked, which can easily generate static electricity. Graphic data files should be placed in anti-static bag. Ions can be used in surface wind static eliminators. An antistatic test bench should be installed at the entrance of the production base, and everyone should be statically tested and certified before entering the production site. The assembly fixtures, inspection fixtures, welding tools, and various instruments used at the production site should have good grounding wires. The conveyor and drive shaft of the production line should be equipped with anti-static brushes and ground electrodes.
