What auxiliary materials are needed for anti-static floor mats

Before the anti-static floor mat is laid, a layer of static-conductive ground net must be laid on the ground to be laid, connected to the ground wire, and finally the static electricity is introduced into the ground. According to "GB 50944-2013 Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Anti-static Engineering", it can be known that the thickness of copper foil used for laying static conductive floor nets should be 0.03mm~0.10mm, and the width should be 10mm~20mm.

After the customer provides the required laying area and confirms that it is indeed for anti-static laying, we will directly equip the customer with the corresponding amount of auxiliary materials, including copper foil, tape and copper nose. It should be noted that the tape is used for For bonding the ground and the anti-static floor mat, the side of the copper foil bonded to the ground is self-adhesive. Of course, if you are worried about the lack of stickiness of the tape, you can also apply a special conductive glue on the ground and lay it according to the relevant requirements, so I won’t go into details here.

In short, the laying of anti-static floor mats is not a technical work on the basis of qualified products. As long as the laying work can be basically completed according to the instructions attached to the delivery or the guidance of telephone and video.
