What does simco ion fan do?
The ion fan generates an ionized wind beam to cover the target area. The neutralization time of the wind beam is determined by many factors. The two most important reasons are the distance of the ion fan and the wind speed. Air ions are constantly neutralizing each other, and cations and anions are attracted to each other by static electricity, forming the transfer of these charges and recombining. High wind speeds can neutralize them further away. The higher the wind speed, the faster the neutralization of static electricity.
When electronic assembly is performed with a cis-crown ion fan, the ionized air flow should cover the working area as much as possible, so that the positive and negative charges on the surface of the object can be well neutralized, so that it maintains a neutral state.

Maintenance items: cleaning of the emitter, correction of ion balance, correction of static elimination time. Clean the emitter at least once a week, and periodically adjust the ion balance and static elimination time to ensure the normal operation of the ion fan.
1.Cleaning of the transmitter
To clean the launch point of the transmitter, rotate the handle of the cleaning head clockwise to release it after stopping, and then turn it repeatedly until it is clean, at least once a week.
2.Air inlet and outlet cleaning
The air inlet net and ionization outlet net should be kept clean to prevent obstructing the airflow. They can be cleaned with a soft brush or compressed air.
3. Ion balance test
Measure with a plate load monitor or ion balance (residual voltage) with an ion tester
4. Static elimination time test
Use a static analyzer or load monitoring board to measure the static elimination time. Air temperature and humidity vary.
