What is an anti-static PE bag?
The full name of ESD is Electro-Static discharge, which means "electrostatic discharge" in Chinese. It refers to the charge transfer caused by objects with different electrostatic charge potentials close to each other or in direct contact. Simply put, it is the phenomenon that the charge moves from one object to another in an instant, forming a process of charge transfer, that is, the transfer of electrostatic charge between objects or surfaces with different electrostatic potentials (potential differences), which is called electrostatic discharge. In the EMC field, we are accustomed to call it the electrostatic discharge immunity test. For details, please refer to the international standard IEC-61000-4-2/GBT 17626.2. Among them, it is divided into contact discharge and electromagnetic field breakdown dielectric discharge.

ESD example:
(1) Lightning produced in thunderstorms is a phenomenon in which the positive electricity accumulated by some dust particles in the air meets the negative electricity of the earth and produces discharge.
(2) In dry weather, you feel the electric shock caused by touching another person.
(3) Electric shocks caused by touching metal door handles with hands after walking on the carpeted floor.
(4) Electric sparks when combing hair in winter or taking off sweaters.
Principle of ESD generation:
The transfer of electrostatic charge between objects caused by direct contact or electrostatic induction of objects with different electrostatic charge potentials. Usually refers to the phenomenon of discharging after the energy of the electrostatic field reaches a certain level, breaking down the medium in between.
The generation of static electricity:
There are two ways to generate static electricity. Static electricity is a static charge that is the result of uneven distribution of electrons. It is mainly generated by friction. Others include electric field induction, direct charging, etc., that is, frictional electrification and induction electrification.
The charge is stable under two conditions:
1. When it "sinks" into a conductive but electrically insulating object, such as a metal screwdriver with a plastic handle.
2. When it stays on an insulating surface (such as plastic) and cannot flow on it. However, if an electrically insulated conductor (screwdriver) with a sufficiently high charge is close to an integrated circuit (IC) with an opposite potential, electrostatic discharge (ESD) can occur. ESD occurs very quickly with extremely high intensity, and usually generates enough heat to melt the internal circuit of the semiconductor chip, and looks like a small bullet hole blown out under the electron microscope, causing immediate and irreversible damage. What's more serious is that only one-tenth of this hazard is so bad that the entire component tested in the final test fails. In the other 90% of cases, ESD damage causes only partial degradation-passing the final test unnoticeably, and only premature field failure occurs after delivery to the customer.
For example, walking across a vinyl floor creates friction between the floor surface and the shoes. The result is that the accumulated electric charge reaches 3 to 2000 volts, depending on the relative humidity of the local air. Even the friction caused by the natural movement of workers on the stage can generate 400 to 6000 volts. If the PCB in the bubble box or bubble bag is unpacked or packed, the net charge accumulated on the surface of the worker's body can reach approximately 26,000 volts. Therefore, as the main source of ESD hazards, all workers entering the electrostatic protected area (EPA, electrostatic protected area) must be grounded to prevent ESD from occurring.
The anti-static PE bag is made of polyethylene and anti-static agent imported from the United States through mechanical processing, which has the advantages of better transparency and lower cost.
