What is anti-static tape and how to classify it

According to the purpose, it can be divided into two categories:
Anti-static type and warning type.
1. Anti-static tape is divided into grid tape and transparent tape. It has anti-static function and can be used for packaging electronic products.
The anti-static mesh tape is made of anti-static OPP material. It has the characteristics of discharging static charge and has transparency. When in use, only electrostatic voltage below 100V (generally tape ≥5000V) is generated, which greatly reduces the electrostatic hazard caused by product packaging.
The anti-static transparent tape is made of pressure-sensitive adhesive coated with an anti-static agent on the surface of the OPP film, and is made after anti-static treatment. The whole roll is light yellow, but it is completely transparent after being pulled. The resistance value of the rubber surface is 10^8Ω-10^10Ω. It is used in circuit boards, notebook computers, mobile phone communications, etc., which require external packaging of anti-static products and use in clean rooms.
2. The anti-static warning tape itself does not have anti-static function, and the surface is printed with an anti-static logo, which can be used as a warning for static-sensitive products or anti-static areas.
