What is the difference between AC and DC?

In the life of DC power supply and AC power supply have different applications, for those who have just started to contact the power supply is not very familiar with this aspect, the following is to distinguish between the difference between AC and DC power.

The difference between DC power supply and AC power supply: The loss of DC transmission failure is smaller than that of AC power. In the cable transmission line, there is no capacitance current generated by DC transmission, and there is capacitance current in the AC transmission line, causing loss. When DC power transmission, the AC systems on both sides do not need to run synchronously, and the AC transmission must run synchronously.

DC power supply: refers to the main output DC power, DC power supply and DC constant current power supply, the output power or current does not change with time.

AC power: mainly output AC, the output voltage will change with time.

Electronic equipment is generally DC-powered, so most of the internals of AC equipment are converted to DC by AC and DC.

Compared with the high-voltage AC transmission mode, the high-voltage direct current transmission method has obvious advantages.
