What is the difference between conductive silk and polyester-cotton anti-static clothing fabrics

Many companies need to buy anti-static clothing, but do not know which fabric is more suitable for them. Here, I will introduce the difference between conductive silk anti-static clothing fabrics and polyester-cotton anti-static clothing fabrics.
The anti-static fabric is made of polyester fabric inlaid with carbon fiber wires. In anti-static clothing, conductive silk anti-static fabrics have been widely used. The advantage of conductive filament antistatic fabrics is that the polyester fibers are relatively long and thin. Therefore, polyester fabrics are generally dense, thin and smooth, and are not easy to precipitate wool. In addition, it has good antistatic properties and can also be used in clean rooms.
Polyester-cotton anti-static fabric, also known as polyester-cotton card clothing and polyester-cotton fabric. Polyester cotton anti-static clothing is a conductive filament made of a certain proportion of polyester plus cotton and carbon fiber. Commonly used fabrics include T65/C35 polyester 35% cotton T80/C20 80% polyester 20% cotton T80/C20 CVC fabric with a cotton content greater than or equal to 50%. The specific ratio can be customized according to customer needs.
Polyester-cotton anti-static fabric has good air permeability and is comfortable to wear, but it will fluff and fall off, and the sealing performance is not good enough. If the workshop requires higher cleanliness, it cannot be used and is more suitable for general workshop and outdoor wear.
