2. Look at the back of the anti-static clothing. Pockets, welts, reinforcement cloth, etc. are best made of anti-static fabrics. If they are made of other materials, their exposed area should be less than 20% of the exposed area of the entire anti-static clothing. .
3. The buttons, zippers, hooks, trippers and other accessories of anti-static clothing should preferably be made of plastic, nylon and other non-metallic materials. If metal accessories are used in the production of work clothes, you should try them on to ensure that the metal accessories are not exposed when wearing and engaging in various activities.
4. Check the anti-static fabric. For the same type of conductive fiber, the higher the density added, the better the anti-static performance will be.
5. It is best to simulate the use place and conduct a simple test on the anti-static clothing. An employee of a chemical company suddenly caught fire due to careless operation, and the employee was wrapped in flames. After the fire was put out, everyone found that he did not suffer much damage because he wore protective work clothes in strict accordance with regulations.
