What you should do before entering a cleanroom
The clean room has very strict requirements for the staff, not only as simple as personal hygiene, but also strictly abide by the following points.
1. The company should conduct regular training for all personnel including cleaning personnel and maintenance personnel.
2. Before entering the clean room, the staff must wear neat dust-free clothes, dust-free boots, dust-free masks, dust-free gloves, etc. in accordance with the rules and regulations. There must be no exposed parts, and the use of cosmetics is strictly prohibited.
3. Smoking is prohibited in the controlled clean area and clean room. Even after you stop smoking, the particles still stay in the trachea and lungs and are constantly emitted from the body to the surrounding air. Therefore, smoking is prohibited within 1 hour before entering the clean room.
4. The staff are not allowed to bring anything into the clean area, so as not to cause pollution to the clean area. If they have to be brought in, they must go through special cleaning treatment.
5. Smoking, drinking and eating are strictly prohibited after entering the work area.
