Anti-static wrist strap is the simplest and most efficient device for personnel grounding in industrial production.
ANSI/ESD S20.20 paragraph 6.2.1.1 requirements. Grounding/Bonding Systems Requirements "Grounding/bonding systems shall be used to ensure that ESDS items, persons and any other conductors (such as mobile equipment) are at the same electrical potential. At a minimum, ESDS items, persons and other relevant conductors shall be bonded or electrically interconnected."
Paragraph 6.2.1.2. The Grounding/Bonding Systems Guide states that "When third-wire AC equipment grounding is not available or cannot be used, personnel should be bonded or electrically connected to conductive elements of ESDS items using anti-static wrist straps or other grounding systems to ensure that all elements are in the same Potential."
