Working Principle of Ionizers

Ionizers are used in integrated circuit board printing, ESD protection of electronic components, optical machinery, dust removal and static electricity removal of precision parts, resin product formation, and film processing. The main function of ionizers is static electricity removal, possessing outstanding static electricity removal performance and preventing static pollution and damage. They are ideal equipment for personal static electricity protection areas such as electronic production lines and repair stations. They are specifically designed for localized areas. They are characterized by their small size, light weight, and easy installation. Modular installation is possible, suitable for various locations. Ionizers are generally classified as tabletop ionizers, horizontal ionizers, suspended ionizers, and miniature ionizers.

**Working Principle:** Ionizers generate a large amount of airflow carrying both positive and negative charges, neutralizing the charge on objects. When the object's surface carries a negative charge, it absorbs the positive charge in the airflow; when the object's surface carries a positive charge, it absorbs the negative charge in the airflow, thereby neutralizing the static electricity on the object's surface and achieving the purpose of eliminating static electricity.

**Operating Principle:** Ionizers generate a large amount of airflow carrying both positive and negative charges, neutralizing the charge on objects. Our ion fans include the SL-001 single-head ion fan, the SL-002 double-head ion fan, the SL-003 triple-head ion fan, and the SL-1104 quadruple-head ion fan.
