Working Principle of Ionizers and Ion Guns
Ionizers are used in integrated circuit board printing, ESD protection of electronic components, optical machinery, dust removal and static electricity removal of precision parts, resin product formation, and film processing. **Working Principle:** Ionizers generate a large amount of airflow carrying both positive and negative charges, neutralizing the charge on objects. When the object's surface carries a negative charge, it absorbs the positive charge in the airflow; when the object's surface carries a positive charge, it absorbs the negative charge in the airflow, thus neutralizing the static electricity on the object's surface and achieving the purpose of eliminating static electricity.
