Is there an obvious difference between 0.25 grid and 0.5 grid anti-static clothing
For the same type of conductive fiber in anti-static clothing, the higher the density, the better the corresponding anti-static performance. Different industries have different performance requirements.
1. For the general electronics industry, anti-static clothes with 1.0 stripes are sufficient, and the price of a gown should be between 30-50 yuan. If it is 0.5 stripe or grid, the price will be a bit more expensive, about 10 yuan more. Generally speaking, 0.5 mesh electrostatic clothing is better, durable, cleaned once a week, and has a lifespan of about 2 years (anti-static test).
2. If used in a clean room, you can use 0.5 mesh or 0.25 mesh anti-static coveralls, the price is doubled, generally more than 100 yuan, of course, the price also depends on your purchase quantity.
3. If you have a surface resistance tester, put two large electrodes on different positions of the clothes, sleeve-to-sleeve or sleeve-to-body. For new clothes, the resistance of 0.5 grid is generally 6th power.
4. The durability of anti-static clothing mainly depends on whether the stitching line is secure. Logically speaking, special conductive threads should be used for stitching.
