In fact, the reason why dust-free clothing is dust-proof and anti-static is that the fabric used to make clothing is an anti-static ultra-clean fabric, which has excellent dust-proof and anti-static properties. 1. The fabric itself is not dusty. Because it is worn in a clean room, it is required that the fabric cannot be a source of dust in the clean room, which determines that ultra-clean fabrics can only be produced using chemically synthesized long fibers.
2. The dust-free clothing fabric should have long-lasting and efficient anti-static function.
3. The fabric must have good dust filtering performance. Increasing the dust filtration rate is at the expense of the breathability of the fabric, so knitted fabrics and woven fabrics that are relatively loose are not suitable for clean rooms.
