How to use anti-static products
Do not disconnect using an anti-static wrist strap during work, otherwise the grounding effect will be lost. The main problem with the use of various wristbands is open circuit, sometimes temporary, sometimes disconnected for a long time, and lose grounding effect. Some factories therefore use wristband detectors to measure their on-off status, and some use monitoring instruments to measure the openness and resistance of the wristband. If the wristband is not fastened tightly, the contact resistance between the human skin and the wristband will increase, resulting in the inability to discharge static electricity in time. However, if the resistance is reduced, there may be a risk of electric shock to the human body if a leakage occurs.



Anti-static shoes should have anti-static socks / insoles when they are worn, and work on anti-static ground so that the static electricity carried by the human body can be conducted to the ground. Excessive resistance or disconnection of any part of the shoes will cause harmful static electricity to the body. Therefore, in important departments, there should be a human body resistance tester to check whether the shoes / socks / sockliners worn by the human body and the total resistance with the human body can meet the requirements of static electricity leakage. The wristband should be connected to the ground with a special ground wire with a socket. It cannot be clamped on the metal body near the desk or table, because the resistance of these metal bodies to ground may be very large.
