ESD GRID FABRIC CLOTHING

With the rapid growth of electronics factories, the number of cleanroom workshops is increasing, and the demand for anti-static clothing is also increasing. Factories using anti-static clothing often require garment manufacturers to embroider their logo on the garments. Embroidering a logo, however, presents certain challenges. Thread lint can fall off, compromising the cleanliness of the cleanroom. Embroidering logos cannot guarantee the anti-static performance of the clothing, posing a potential risk. Therefore, embroidering logos is not recommended.

What if a logo is needed? Printing a logo is a simple option. However, traditional methods using oil-based paints can peel off during use, are not washable, and pose a static risk, making them obsolete. New thermal printing technology allows the ink to penetrate the fabric of the anti-static cleanroom coveralls, effectively eliminating the risk of shedding, poor washability, and static risks. In fact, one thing we should pay attention to here is that although this printing method is good, the high temperature during printing may have some impact on the anti-static fabric. It is recommended to print the LOGO on a small piece of anti-static cloth and then sew it on the anti-static purification coverall. In this way, your anti-static purification coverall (note: it must be purified and cleaned) can be safely used in a dust-free purification workshop.
