Friction voltage tester, no matter what is not anti-static, as long as you use this instrument to test, if the voltage of the product after friction exceeds 100V, it is not a qualified anti-static product. Of course, it depends on the industry of your product. Testing standards, or less demanding, will require less than 200V. (Suggested instruments are: SIMCO FMX-003, American ACL-350, etc.)
