Anti-static measures during LED packaging, transportation and storage
1. Packaging
Electrostatic sensitive devices must be packed in an antistatic package or box to be shipped. This type of packaging should use a transport device that does not generate static electricity due to vibration and friction. Do not pack in nylon bags, ordinary plastic bags or vinyl. Static-sensitive devices are not allowed to remove the anti-static packaging of the device at will before use. Do not remove the device from the antistatic package prematurely before assembly. The removal of the package should be carried out in the electrostatic protection zone, and the removal of the device should be immediately placed in a pre-prepared conductive box for storage.
2. Transportation
When transporting, minimize mechanical vibration and shock.
3. Storage
Antistatic measures should also be taken when electrostatic sensitive devices and printed circuit boards with static-sensitive devices or whole devices are stored.
