3 Inspection rules 3.1 Factory inspection The quality inspection department of the manufacturer is responsible for inspecting the electrical performance of the shoes one by one, and only when they meet the standards can they leave the factory.
3.2 Type inspection 3.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out when one of the following conditions exists:
a) Trial-type identification of new products or products transferred to factories; b) During the production process, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) Periodic inspections are carried out every six months for normal production; d ) When the product has been discontinued for more than 6 months and resumed production; e) When there is a big difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection results; f) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement.
3.2.2 Type inspection items 3.2.2.1 Type inspection items for anti-static leather shoes and conductive leather shoes:
a) electrical properties (ESD); b) outsole folding resistance; c) outsole wear resistance; d) shoe peel strength; e) outsole rubber hardness.
3.2.2.2 Type inspection items for anti-static cloth rubber-soled shoes and conductive cloth-soled shoes:
a) Electrical properties (ESD); b) Adhesion strength between the shroud and upper surface; c) Tensile strength of outsole rubber; d) Elongation at break of outsole rubber; e) Outsole wear loss; f) Outsole Bottom rubber hardness (Shore A).
