Antistatic chair's antistatic protection method

Anti-static chair manufacturers use anti-static materials: metal is a conductor, the leakage current of the conductor is large, which will damage the device; and the insulating material is easy to generate friction and electrification, so metal and insulating materials cannot be used as anti-static materials, but surface resistance is used. An electrostatic subconductor of 1 MΩ or less is used as an antistatic material.

Leakage and grounding: Grounding the parts that may generate or have generated static electricity, provide a channel for electrostatic discharge, and establish a “independent” grounding line by burying the grounding wire so that the resistance between the grounding wire and the earth is ≤1000Ω.

Ground the instrument's “independent” ground wire directly; and place the ESD protection material (work surface pad, floor mat, electrostatic wrist strap, etc.) through a 1MΩ resistor to the conductor that leads to the independent ground wire. The 1MΩ resistor acts as a current limiting device. : Prevent the leakage speed from being too fast, and the leakage current is too large to damage the product. Generally, the breakdown voltage can be reduced to the safe area (100V) within 1S.

Elimination of non-conductor static electricity: For static electricity on the insulator, since the charge cannot flow on the insulator, the following measures can be used because the grounding method cannot be used:

1. Use the ion fan---ion fan to generate positive and negative ions, which can neutralize the static electricity of the static power supply.

2, the use of static elimination agent --- static elimination agent is a surfactant. Scrubbing the surface of the instrument and the object with a static eliminator can quickly eliminate static electricity on the surface of the object.

3. Use electrostatic shielding: Use an electrostatic shield for equipment that is prone to static electricity, and effectively ground the shield.
