Antistatic packaging materials are widely used
In recent years, as people's understanding of the hazards of static electricity deepens, antistatic packaging has played an increasingly important role. Antistatic packaging is to take a series of measures to reduce or eliminate the friction charges generated by the packaging during transportation and use, and prevent electrostatic discharge from causing harm to products and personal safety, so as to achieve the purpose of protection. At present, antistatic packaging has been widely used in many fields such as microelectronics, electrical products, military security, and aerospace.
The protective ability of antistatic packaging mainly depends on the performance of antistatic packaging materials. The resistivity of packaging materials such as antistatic, electrostatic dissipation, electrostatic conductivity, and electrostatic shielding is different (as shown in Table 1), so their applications are also different. Generally speaking, the lower the resistance of the packaging material, the better the antistatic performance.
