Applications of Ionizing Blowers

SL-001 ION AIR FAN
Ionizing blowers have a wide range of applications. They are primarily used for ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection for electronic components, electronic assembly, LCD component processing, PCB assembly, processor inspection and packaging, film processing, optical instrument maintenance, static elimination for precision parts, and dust/particle control prior to the finishing or coating of finished products.
Overhead (suspended) ionizing blowers are typically installed above the area where static needs to be eliminated. Featuring multiple air outlets, they are generally used for large-area or wide-range static elimination.

Where are horizontal ionizing blowers used?
Horizontal ionizing blowers feature an elongated air outlet and provide powerful airflow. They can be placed on a workbench or suspended overhead, and are primarily designed for static elimination across a flat surface.
Where are benchtop ionizing blowers used?
Because benchtop ionizing blowers have only a single air outlet, they are generally used for static elimination in smaller, localized areas.
