How to Package 35L Anti-Static Waste Bins

10pcs per carton,carton size:39*29*70cm.
Packaging 35L anti-static waste bins (typically made of high-density polyethylene-HDPE-or featuring an anti-static surface coating) requires a strategy that preserves their anti-static properties while preventing damage from impacts during transit.
Cushioning and Shock Absorption (Preventing Deformation and Breakage)
• Anti-Static Bubble Wrap: After placing the waste bin inside an anti-static bag, wrap it securely with 2–3 layers of anti-static bubble wrap (usually pink). Standard bubble wrap can easily generate high-voltage static electricity through friction; therefore, only bubble wrap specifically designed for anti-static use is permitted.
• Protecting the Rim and Base: The rim and base of a 35L waste bin are the areas most susceptible to deformation under pressure during transport. Apply an extra, thicker layer of anti-static foam (EPE) or bubble cushioning to both the rim and the base.
• Nested Packaging (for multiple units): If shipping multiple waste bins nested together, place a layer of anti-static film or cardboard between each bin. This prevents issues such as vacuum-sealing (which can cause damage), abrasion to the anti-static coating, or difficulty in separating the units upon arrival.
Clear Labeling on the Outer Packaging:
• ESD-Sensitive Label: The package must display a yellow-and-black "Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Sensitive" warning label.
• Product Label: Include the product name ("35L Anti-Static Waste Bin") and the anti-static specification (e.g., 10⁶ – 10⁹ Ω).
