Can the ESD mask be reused?
Recently, some customers came to consult some purification products, which asked about ES masks. At present, our company sells more ES double-layer masks. Can the customer propose that this product can be reused?
First of all, we should understand, what does the ES of the ES mask mean? ES is a kind of composite fiber, which is an abbreviation of "Ethylene-Propylene Side By Side" in English. It is one of the striking polyolefin fibers developed by Japan's Zhisuo Company. As a new type of thermally bonded composite fiber, ES fiber has been highly evaluated in the world.
After the ES fibers are heat-treated, the fibers and the fibers are bonded to each other to form a nonwoven fabric molded body without a binder. As long as the filter mechanism of the non-woven mask is made of ultra-fine electrostatic fiber cloth, the fiber diameter is about 1-5 micron, so after the dust is caught by the ultra-fine electrostatic fiber cloth, it is extremely difficult to be detached by washing, and the washing is also destroyed. Static dust absorption, therefore, non-woven masks can not be cleaned, they need to be discarded after use.
