Clean room anti-static testing and acceptance



1. After completion of the ceiling, wall and column decoration projects, performance testing should be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in the electronic industry standard SJ/T10694 and the following items:
A. The cover panel of the ceiling, wall and column decoration must be made of static dissipative materials. The surface resistance of the cover panel should be 1.0×105~1.0×1010Ω, the upper limit of the first level standard should be less than 1.0×108Ω, the second level The upper limit of the standard should be less than 1.0×109Ω. Generally, plastered walls or cover panels are made of non-static dissipative materials, and their surfaces must be painted with anti-static coatings. The coating materials should meet the performance standards of static dissipative materials.
B. The surface structure and materials of the anti-static floor should meet the following basic requirements:
a. The surface layer of the anti-static floor should be a static dissipative material, and its surface resistivity should be 1.0×105~1.0×1012Ω/□; or the volume resistivity should be 1.0×104~1.0×1011Ω.cm. The upper limit of the surface resistivity of the surface material of the first-class standard anti-static floor should be less than 1.0×109Ω/.cm; or the upper limit of the volume resistivity should be less than 1.0×108Ω.cm. In addition, the material should be quantitatively tested for electrostatic attenuation, and the half-life should be less than 0.5s.
b. The anti-static ground should have electrostatic discharge measures and grounding structure, and its ground-to-ground discharge resistance value should be 1.0×105~1.0×109Ω. The upper limit of the first-class standard anti-static ground-to-ground discharge resistance value should not be less than 1.0×107Ω; the upper limit of the second-class standard anti-static ground-to-ground discharge resistance value should not be less than 1.0×108Ω.
2. In addition to the relevant national standards and relevant industry standards, the acceptance of doors, windows and other decoration projects in anti-static projects should also meet the following requirements:
A. The sealing performance of doors and windows and the grounding connection should be fully checked.
B. The surface resistance of doors, windows and various decorations should be tested and determined. The number of random inspections shall be no less than three natural rooms, and all doors, windows and various decoration surfaces in each natural room shall be inspected.
C. In addition to complying with the requirements of this regulation, the construction and acceptance of doors, windows and other decoration projects in flammable, explosive and clean environments should also comply with the national standards and regulations of special industries.
3. In addition to the requirements of relevant national standards, the acceptance of electrical construction in anti-static projects should also meet the following requirements:
A. The film sockets of electronic equipment and facilities should be fully tested, and the actual measured potential difference between the neutral wire and the ground wire should not be greater than 1V.
B. Draw the completed drawings of related anti-static engineering electrical construction.
4. The grounding system in the anti-static project should be subject to special acceptance, and the following documents and materials should be submitted when handing over the acceptance.
A. The as-built drawing of the entire grounding system should indicate the actual locations and connection methods of various ground connection points.
B. The actual construction records of the entire grounding system, as well as the main materials and accessories warranty, certificate or factory inspection certificate.
C. The inspection record of the electrical connection reliability of the ground connection part and the test record of the resistance value between the ground connection part.
D. Test record of grounding resistance value and concealed acceptance certificate of grounding device.
5. According to the detection method of the electronic industry standard SJ/T10694, the resistance value of the anti-static safety workbench to the ground should be 1.0×105~1.0×109Ω.
