Cut to make anti-static clothing
As a special protective clothing, anti-static clothing has strict standards for its clothing structure and production requirements. The production process of anti-static clothing includes: selection of fabrics -- pattern making -- cutting -- sewing -- ironing -- testing -- packaging. Each process is strictly controlled by professional and technical personnel and operated reasonably.

The production process of anti-static clothing directly affects the quality of anti-static clothing, and in this series of processes, "cutting" is crucial, and the quality of cutting determines whether the anti-static clothing is fit and qualified.
When cutting, pay attention to the following points:
1. Fabrics of different materials need to be cut in batches to prevent the problem of color difference in anti-static clothing.
2. If there is a chromatic aberration phenomenon on the same piece of fabric, chromatic aberration nesting is also required.
3. Align the template mark when cutting the blade.
4. When dragging materials, the quantity should be counted, and the upper and lower fabrics should be neatly aligned to prevent different specifications of the cut fabrics.
5. Avoid mixing defective fabrics (dirty, damaged and other inferior fabrics).
6. The anti-static fabric should not be too thick to prevent the upper and lower fabrics from being skewed.
7. The cut material should be marked to avoid confusion.
