How to ensure the anti-static performance of esd clothes
The clean clothes are made of special polyester filaments, woven by a special process, and made of this kind of fabrics by a special sewing process. Clean clothing has been widely used in electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, bioengineering, optics, aerospace, aviation and other industries.
Clean clothes can effectively prevent the shedding of human dander and the contamination of medicines caused by the growth of microorganisms, and can also prevent the harm caused by medicines to the human body. So as to play the role of double protection.

In addition to dust-proof performance, clean clothes also need to have anti-static performance. So how can we ensure the anti-static performance of clean clothes?
There are two main ways to ensure the anti-static performance of clean clothes. One is to choose fabrics with good anti-static performance, and the other is to ensure the overall electrical connectivity of the clothing and be well grounded when wearing.
The anti-static properties of fabrics depend on the resistance of the anti-static fibers, the amount and the way of adding them. In the case of a certain area, the larger the amount of anti-static fiber added, the better the anti-static performance of the fabric. According to the static sensitivity level of the clean room, different amounts of fabrics can be selected. Anti-static fibers are generally black or gray, so the appearance of inlaid anti-static fibers is generally black stripes or lattice.
Conductive sewing thread must be used to ensure electrical continuity throughout the garment. For some clean clothes with particularly high electrostatic requirements, conductive tape must be used in the splicing part of the fabric, and conductive rib should be used in the cuffs and foot openings. Add grounding points at appropriate locations in the suit as necessary.
