Detection method of ESD anti-static heel strap
I. Related parameters:
1. Rubber surface resistance
Conductive layer 10^3- 10^5Ω.
Dissipative layer 10^6－10^9Ω.
2. Conductive ribbon resistance to ground 10^6Ω(1MΩ).
Conductive ribbon length 400-450mm (can be made according to customer requirements).
II. Precautions:
1. When using the anti-static heel strap, each user should wear it on both feet at the same time to increase the contact time and continuity of the heel strap with the ground, thereby reducing the possibility of human static electricity hazards.
2. The conductive ribbon must have good contact with human skin.
3. It must be used on the anti-static floor or ground with system grounding.
4. The anti-static heel strap must be fastened to ensure the anti-static effect and safety and anti-tripping.
5. Clean regularly and keep it clean.
3. Testing equipment:
1) Megaohmmeter: Two voltage ranges are available, 100V and 10V (plus or minus 5%)
2) Aluminum tin
3) Conductive plate, insulating pad
4) Counterweight steel ball
5) Temperature and humidity cabinet (optional)
