So they want to use polyester-cotton fabric to make anti-static clothing and wear it in dust-free production workshops. Are polyester-cotton anti-static clothing suitable for dust-free workshops?
Users like to wear polyester-cotton anti-static clothing, just blindly care about their own feelings, and wear it comfortably. However, from a production perspective, polyester-cotton anti-static clothing is not suitable for dust-free workshops. Compared with all-polyester anti-static clothing, polyester-cotton anti-static clothing has good air permeability, but poor dust filtration. When working in a dust-free workshop, it is necessary to ensure that the dust generation is low and try to avoid all dust sources. Based on this alone, polyester-cotton anti-static clothing has been eliminated by dust-free workshops.
As special clothing, anti-static clothing has a fixed scope of use. Polyester-cotton anti-static clothing and conductive silk anti-static clothing cannot replace each other. Both have their own fixed positions and can play their greatest role in their respective positions. If polyester-cotton anti-static clothing is used in workplaces where conductive silk anti-static clothing is required, the qualified rate of the products will inevitably be reduced, affecting the interests and reputation of the company, which is not worth the loss.
