Anti-static floor mats---remember to clean them
Anti-static floor mats are used in many electronics factories, but the cleaning of anti-static floor mats is not done very well and is easily ignored by the factory. After an electronics factory laid anti-static floor mats, it was found that the system resistance of the anti-static floor mats exceeded the standard during a test shortly afterwards.
After on-site observation, it was found that there was a lot of dust on the surface of the anti-static floor mats. After thoroughly cleaning the surface, it was retested and the system resistance of the anti-static floor mats was completely qualified. This also fully illustrates the importance of cleaning anti-static floor mats on a regular basis, but do not use corrosive solvents when cleaning to avoid reducing the service life of anti-static floor mats.
The system resistance of anti-static floor mats should be tested every three months. Of course, before testing, remember to clean your anti-static floor mats.
Anti-static floors should also be cleaned frequently!
