b. Human body electrostatic protection equipment; (anti-static overalls, shoes, hats, wrist straps, gloves, finger cots)
c. Anti-static station equipment, etc.; (anti-static workbench, table mat, shelf, seat, hand tool, soldering iron, brush)
d. Anti-static packaging logistics, etc.; (anti-static packaging bags, turnover boxes, device boxes, folders, foam, logistics vehicles)
2. Software environment assessment:
a. Anti-static work area (EPA) management;
b. Electrostatic sensitivity and slogan identification; training and management of management, operation and design related personnel;
c. Electrostatic protection equipment testing and daily maintenance;
d. Revision and storage of enterprise electrostatic protection documents.
2. Static environment system certification procedure:
Preliminary evaluation: Preliminary inspection and evaluation of anti-static hardware environment and software management environment, and a preliminary evaluation report (enterprise rectification opinion proposal)
Enterprise training: According to the current situation of the enterprise based on the preliminary evaluation opinions, provide relevant personnel with anti-static knowledge and anti-static system concept knowledge training
Enterprise rectification: The enterprise rectifies the software and hardware of the production environment according to the initial evaluation opinion, and builds an anti-static environment system. Experts supervise the enterprise to implement electrostatic discharge control in strict accordance with international standards.
Comprehensive review: After the enterprise rectification is completed, the operation is good. There are assessment experts to comprehensively assess the environmental system. After the assessment is qualified, the engineering inspection report is issued and the anti-static system certificate is issued.
