ESD static monitoring
The electric soldering iron, electric screwdriver, mechanical arm, manual splitting machine, automatic splitting machine, metal tooling, cutting pliers, tin wire coil and metal tweezers used in the production site all have potential MM discharge hazards and need to be evaluated , Protection and periodic monitoring. With the introduction of a large number of automated equipment in the manufacturing industry, the MM model has also attracted increasing attention from the industry.

According to the HBM model, if an operator with static electricity comes into contact with a component, an instant electrostatic discharge will occur, which will easily cause damage to the component. Monitoring the static electricity of the operator's human body is an important part of ESD work.
1. The production line is grounded. Realize the monitoring of the contact value of the ground wire of each production line to meet the resistance value of the ground wire of the production line <1Ω;
2. Ground the equipment. Realize the real-time monitoring of the grounding resistance of each device to meet the requirements of the grounding wire resistance value of the device<0~50Ω;
3. The mat is grounded. Realize the real-time monitoring of the grounding resistance of each workbench pad to meet the requirements of the grounding wire resistance value of the pad <10~100MΩ;
4. Ground the wrist strap. Infrared sensing employees' on-the-job status, realizing real-time monitoring of the grounding resistance of the employee's wrist strap, and meeting the resistance value of the wrist strap's grounding wire of 750K~35MΩ;
5. Leakage voltage. Automatically detect the resistance and leakage voltage of the electric screwdriver and the soldering iron tip, set the ultra-high upper limit, ultra-high alarm, and effectively prevent EOS/ESD risks;
Through the workshop static electricity prevention and control system, it can ensure the real-time display of ESD monitoring data of all equipment and transmit it to the ESD server through the network. When abnormalities are found, the equipment will be intelligently automatically adjusted and management personnel will be notified through on-site alarms, text messages, emails, etc., to prevent ESD risks , While ensuring the query and traceability of monitoring data.
