ESD Table Mat Usage Precautions
ESD table mats have shock-absorbing and anti-fatigue functions. When a person stands on it, it automatically adjusts the pressure on each joint of the body, reducing fatigue. Gray surface resistivity ≤ 108Ω, black bottom surface resistivity ≤ 105Ω, volume resistivity ≤ 107Ωcm, anti-static service life of no less than two years, flame retardant performance ≤ 10s

1. The product surface must not come into contact with acidic or alkaline solvents (such as benzene, alcohol, etc.), as this may cause discoloration, fading, and a decrease in resistivity. If cleaning is necessary, wipe with a cloth dampened with a neutral solution (such as water).
2. The adhesive used must be compatible with both the bottom of the table mat and the workbench material to ensure a strong bond without shrinkage after adhesion. It is recommended to conduct a test adhesion test before mass production.
3. Product Shrinkage: This product has a higher glue content than ordinary table mats on the market, increasing durability and tensile strength. It is recommended to cut the product to a larger length and width, and store it for 24 hours to allow for a fatigue recovery process before gluing.
4. Shelf Life: 2 years. The anti-static decay period should not exceed 10⁹ within 2 years; otherwise, it will be replaced. Product problems caused by improper use, such as discoloration, fading, scratches, wear, shrinkage, or insufficient resistance, are not covered by the warranty. Avoid cleaning the surface with volatile liquids such as alcohol, acetone, toluene, and banana oil.
