Advantages of Antistatic Clothing
Our company's antistatic clothing uses 65/35 fully dyed polyester-cotton blends, woven with imported organic conductive fibers, and finished with a special process to create a high-grade polyester-cotton workwear fabric. It is both comfortable and safe to wear. The specific advantages are reflected in the following three points:

1. It has antistatic properties to prevent the clothing from attracting dust and being difficult to clean. This antistatic performance must be durable and highly efficient, not diminishing with daily washing and friction.

2. The fabric itself does not generate dust. Since it is worn in a cleanroom, the fabric must not be a source of dust in the cleanroom. This dictates that only chemically synthesized long fibers can be used in its production; natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and silk cannot be used in ultra-clean fabrics.

3. It must have excellent dust filtration properties. Dust particles in cleanrooms mainly come from the indoor airflow and moving human bodies. Given fixed equipment conditions, improving cleanliness means maximizing the control of tiny dust particles generated by the human body within the clothing, preventing them from dispersing into the air. This is what is meant by maximizing the dust filtration rate. However, increasing the dust filtration rate comes at the cost of sacrificing fabric and breathability, so loosely woven fabrics are not suitable for cleanrooms.
