Factory Static Electricity Prevention Measures
The following are recommended measures to prevent static electricity hazards in printing workshops:
All processes, equipment, and areas with static electricity hazards must adopt appropriate static safety measures. In areas where explosive gases may be present in the surrounding environment, ventilation measures must be strengthened to control their concentration below the explosive range. In situations where static-charged insulators may cause electric shocks to operators, the static potential of the insulators should be controlled below 10KV. In situations where static electricity may cause secondary electric shocks to operators, in addition to the above, appropriate measures should be taken for equipment or devices.
In areas with explosion and fire hazards, operators must wear anti-static shoes and anti-static work clothes. Conductive flooring should be laid in the operating area, with a ground resistance of less than 10 ohms, and its conductivity must be maintained regularly. Operators are strictly prohibited from wearing synthetic fiber clothing (except for clothing that has been regularly treated with anti-static solution) into the above areas, and it is strictly prohibited to remove clothing in the above areas.
