Installation and operation
Ion air gun should be equipped with high voltage generator. Insert the end of the cable of the air gun into the high-voltage generator high-voltage output jack, turn it clockwise to the end, and then connect the ground wire of the air gun to the grounding post on the outside of the high-voltage generator. The plug is inserted into a socket with a ground wire (note the voltage used by the high-voltage generator), the compressed air is connected to the air gun, and the high-voltage generator is turned on to work.
After the ion air gun is used for a period of time, dust will accumulate on the ion needle and the inner wall. It must be cleaned regularly. The power must be cut off when cleaning. If the compressed air is not clean, an air filter can be installed to reduce the dust accumulation on the air gun.
Requirements and maintenance:
1. The power supply must have a ground wire and must be fully grounded. The transformer must be well grounded. Check that the grounding wire knob is tightened before each use.
2. The gas source used must be effectively filtered, and sometimes a secondary filtering device is needed, and the filter must be cleaned in time. Otherwise: particles of water, oil, and dust / dust will enter the ion generation chamber and attach to the inner wall of the plastic part. When accumulated to a certain extent, the ion needle will ignite it. As a result, the plastic part gradually forms a honeycomb-like burn, and the ions are eliminated The amount gradually decreases.
