Function introduction of anti-static equipment for electronic products
1. Static safety workbench
A. The static safety workbench is the basic part of an antistatic work area. It consists of a workbench, an antistatic antistatic table mat, a wristband connector, and a ground wire.
B. There should be no less than two wrist strap connectors on the anti-static table mat, one for the operator and the other for the technician, inspector or other personnel.
C. If necessary, an ion wind electrostatic eliminator should be provided on the electrostatic safety workbench.
D. Plastic boxes (sheets), rubber, cardboard, glass and other sundries that are likely to generate static electricity are not allowed to be stacked on the electrostatic safety workbench. Drawings and other materials should be placed in antistatic document bags.
Anti-static wrist strap
Persons in direct contact with electrostatic sensitive devices should wear anti-static wrist straps. The wrist straps must have good contact with human skin. The wrist straps must be non-irritating and allergic to the human body. The ground resistance of the wrist strap system should be in the range of 106 to 109Ω Inside.
3. Anti-static work clothes
A. Persons who enter or come into contact with the anti-static work area should wear anti-static work clothes, and the material of the anti-static work clothes should meet the requirements of GB12014.
B. In environments where the relative humidity is greater than 50%, anti-static work clothes are allowed to use pure cotton products.
4.Anti-static work shoes
Persons who enter or come into contact with the anti-static work area should wear anti-static work shoes. The anti-static work shoes shall comply with the relevant regulations of GB4385. Under normal circumstances, ordinary shoes are allowed, but conductive shoelaces or heel straps should be used at the same time.
