Grounding requirements for anti-static mats for fixed equipment

The outer casing of the fixed equipment (tower, container, pump, heat exchanger, filter, etc.) should be grounded electrostatically. If it is a covering device, it can not be grounded electrostatically. So what are the requirements for antistatic rubber fixing equipment for electrostatic grounding? How do anti-static mat manufacturers meet?

For equipments with a diameter greater than or equal to 2.5 m and a volume greater than or equal to 50 m3, the grounding point shall not be less than two, and the grounding point shall be evenly arranged along the periphery of the equipment, and the spacing shall not be greater than 30 m.

For the fixed equipment with vibration performance, the vibrating parts should be grounded with copper core stranded wire with a section of not less than 6mm2. It is strictly forbidden to use single stranded wire. Copper core stranded jumpers should be used between several devices with soft connections.

The grounding of the rotating object can be grounded by conductive grease or special grounding equipment (such as slip ring and brush in the environment without explosion or fire hazard), but it is not necessary to rotate the valve stem and bearing. The above connection. Conductive rubber products should be used for belts or conveyor belts that tend to accumulate charge.

The belt-driven unit and its anti-static grounding brush and protective cover should be grounded.

Bag dust collection equipment for combustible dust, the grounding terminal of the wire woven into the bag body should be grounded.

The movable connection or sliding connection between the components inside the equipment should maintain the contact resistance value below 1000Ω.

The fixing equipment and the grounding wire or connecting wire should be bolted. The connecting terminal can be placed on the side of the equipment and the side or end of the equipment joint metal support.

Metal parts insulated from the ground (such as flanges, hose joints, nozzles, etc.) should be grounded by copper core strands.
