There are many types of anti-static clothing, such as anti-static coats, dust-free jumpsuits, anti-static jackets, 100-level dust-free clothes, 1,000-level dust-free clothes, striped anti-static clothes, mesh anti-static clothes..., and anti-static work hats are also available with anti-static coats. So what are the differences between dust-free jumpsuits, anti-static jackets, anti-static coats, etc. and what kind of environment they are suitable for.

Dust-free jumpsuits generally refer to dust-free jumpsuits. In addition to having good anti-static functions, its fabrics also have the functions of not generating dust, not sticking to dust, good barrier properties, high density, high strength, and effective sterilization and antibacterial properties. It is generally used in dust-free cleanrooms. According to the level of the cleanroom, you can choose dust-free clothes with conductive silk fabrics such as 5mm strips, 5mm grids, and 2.5mm grids.

Anti-static coats are made of anti-static polyester and other fabrics. The conductive mechanism is that the fabric yarn contains a certain proportion of conductive yarn, which is a blend of a certain proportion of stainless steel fiber or other conductive fiber and ordinary fiber. The static electricity on the clothing is eliminated through the corona discharge and leakage of the conductive fiber. Since stainless steel fiber is a metal fiber, the conductive performance of the anti-static cloth woven from it is stable and does not change with the number of times the clothing is washed.

Anti-static gowns are generally used in production environments where the anti-static requirements are not too high and there are no special requirements for cleanliness. The dust-free effect is much worse than that of dust-free jumpsuits. For example, mobile phone manufacturers can wear anti-static gowns in the environment where mobile phone shells are produced. In order to save production costs, there is no need to wear dust-free clothes.
