4 test
The point-to-point resistance test on the surface of the workbench should meet the requirements of the national electronics industry standard SJ/T10694-2006. When testing the static leakage resistance of the workbench, one electrode is in good contact with the table pad, and the other electrode (clamp) is connected to the workbench ground wire (or wrist strap jack).
5 installation
1. Determine the size of the anti-static table mat according to the work requirements. And use alcohol to thoroughly clean the lower surface and upper surface of the pad and the components.
2. Lay foil tape on the lower surface of the anti-static table mat, aluminum foil is only allowed to overlap at the folding place. Pressing the knob connector from the front of the anti-static table pad can be replaced with other nuts to pass through the table pad and foil tape to ensure good electrical contact.
3. Spread the prepared antistatic and antistatic table mat on the work surface. And according to the range of movement of the operator to determine the area of anti-static floor mats. Place the workbench on an anti-static floor mat.
4. The anti-static safety workbench is grounded, and the anti-static desk pad and ground pad are connected in series with a 1MΩ resistance to the ground wire configuration system with a cross-sectional area of not less than 2m㎡ stranded copper core flexible wire or cable.
