How to prevent static electricity from static-protective overalls


Nowadays, the use of anti-static overalls is wider and wider, and the demand is getting bigger and bigger. So, what is anti-static overalls? Why is it anti-static? Anti-static overalls are overalls that are sewn with anti-static fabric as a fabric. The antistatic fabric is a fabric obtained by mixing conductive fibers or antistatic synthetic fibers or a mixture of the two at substantially equal intervals or evenly during weaving.

At present, most antistatic fabrics are made of conductive fibers, especially composite fibers. Anti-static overalls made of conductive fibers are added to chemical fiber fabrics, and the elimination of static electricity is based on two mechanisms of charge release and neutralization. When grounded, the static electricity on the fabric is neutralized by the conductive fibers in addition to being neutralized by the corona discharge of the conductive fibers; when not grounded, the static electricity is eliminated by means of the weak corona discharge of the conductive fibers.


It can be seen that the anti-static overalls can effectively suppress the static electricity of the garment, eliminate or reduce the electrostatic discharge hazard, and are indispensable work clothes for many enterprises.
