installation
1. Determine the size of the anti-static table mat according to the work needs. And use alcohol to thoroughly clean the lower surface and upper surface of the bench pad and its components.
2. Lay a foil tape on the lower surface of the anti-static table mat. The aluminum foil is only allowed to overlap at the fold. Depress the knob connector from the front of the anti-static table mat, which can be replaced with other nuts, and make it pass through the table mat and foil tape to ensure good electrical contact.
3. Spread the prepared static anti-static table mat on the work surface evenly. And determine the area of anti-static mats according to the range of activities of the operators. Place the workbench on an anti-static floor mat.
4. The anti-static safety workbench is grounded, and the anti-static workbench pad and the ground pad are connected in series with a 1MΩ resistor to the grounding configuration system with a cross-sectional area of no less than 2m㎡ multi-stranded copper core flexible wire or cable. It is best to check and use it after installation.
