Install anti-static cart

The easiest way to install an anti-static cart:
1. First, connect an outer frame to the four support round rods and screw them tightly;

3. Install another frame and screw it tightly;
4, install anti-static casters, can be clamped with a large forceps;
5. Adjust the distance according to the size of the PCB.
1. All workers entering the work site must wear anti-static clothing, static shoes, static caps, and anti-static bracelets.
2. Wear anti-static wrist straps and anti-static gloves or anti-static finger cots when touching products and parts by hand.
3. All electronic parts and assemblies are considered to be electrostatic discharge sensitive parts. When handling and taking all electronic components, do not touch the circuit, except for the process requirements.
4. Transfer anti-static sensitive parts must be in a suitable container. Any anti-static sensitive parts that are not properly packaged are not acceptable, and only those who are protected by static electricity in the ESD protection area can open the anti-static sensitive parts.
5. When taking electrostatic sensitive parts, be sure to do static electricity protection and ensure that anti-static table mats are laid on the surface of the workbench. Make sure that the ESD protection zone equipment is properly connected and functioning properly.
