Installation and Operation Methods of the Ionizing Air Snake
The ionizing wind serpent is a stand-alone static eliminator. The serpent tube can be manually deformed to point the ionizing airflow directly at the target surface. It is easy to move and suitable for factories, electronics, semiconductors, thin films, roll materials, slitting, and other industries. It can be placed in various work areas and provides excellent static elimination and dust removal.

The ionizing wind serpent generates a large number of positively and negatively charged air masses, which are blown out at high speed by compressed air, neutralizing the charge on objects. Since static electricity easily attracts dust, the product surface is less likely to absorb dust after static elimination. Features: 1. Rapid static neutralization. 2. Excellent dust removal effect. 3. Good grounding protection. 4. Photoelectric sensor switch controls airflow.
Installation and Operation Methods: The ionizing wind serpent requires a 4.6KV high-voltage power supply for operation. Connect the stun gun and the high-voltage power supply using the stun gun high-voltage connector. Insert the connector end into the high-voltage output socket of the high-voltage power supply and rotate it clockwise until it is fully inserted. Then, connect the grounding end of the stun gun connector to the grounding post on the outside of the high-voltage power supply. After confirming that the grounding is good, insert the socket of the high-voltage power supply into the socket with the grounding wire, connect the compressed air, turn on the high-voltage power supply, and blow the air into the area where static electricity and dust need to be removed. This will eliminate static electricity and remove dust.
