Introduce how to operate the ion wind snake

Ion Wind Snake is a kind of static elimination equipment that uses compressed gas series.  How to install and use the ion wind snake:

1. Fix the wind snake, plug in the compressed air tube and fix it

2. Connect the power cord to the wind snake power inlet and make sure that the red power switch of the ion wind snake is off

3. Connect the power plug to the power supply, make it energized, and turn on the red power switch of the wind snake to work


Ion wind snake operation and use

1. Connect the air inlet pipe to the air inlet of the high frequency ion wind snake.

2. The grounding terminal of the high-frequency ion wind snake is grounded (connected to the machine feet, cold water pipes or special grounding holes, not hot water pipes or other gas pipes), and a 3-pin plug can also be installed without additional grounding

3. Turn on the power switch on the high-frequency ion wind snake, the equipment is in a waiting state, when the photoelectric sensor senses the operator, the built-in air valve turns on, and the power is turned on at the same time, the equipment starts operation, and the power indicator light and ion The indicator light is on, indicating normal.

4. The high frequency ion wind snake outputs a high voltage of 5.6KV, but the current is only 80uA. There will be a weak electric shock when touching the ion needle. To ensure safety and maintenance of the ion needle, please do not touch the ion needle. After long-term use, wipe the ion needle with alcohol to keep it clean. If the ion needle is damaged or the working life is reached, corona discharge cannot be generated normally, and the ion indicator light will not light up, and the ion needle needs to be replaced.

5. The static-removing objects should be within 3~10cm of the air nozzle. The static-removing effect is better, but the distance should not be too close (above 30mm).

6. If the photoelectric sensor is too active, you can use the plastic screwdriver to adjust it clockwise. If it is not active enough, adjust it counterclockwise.
