How to use ion fan
1. Plug the power plug into a grounded power socket and connect the compressed air pipe (compressed air should be filtered with water and oil);
2. After turning on the power switch, the electrostatic dust removal box is in working state. When an object enters the box and the photoelectric switch senses that there is an object underneath, the antistatic fan and wind rod inside blow out a large amount of ion wind, and the object leaves the box , Automatically stop blowing;
3. The method of adjusting the air pressure, after connecting the air pipe, turn on the air pressure, pull up the air pressure adjustment switch slightly, and then turn the switch left and right to adjust the air pressure. The air pressure can be seen on the barometer. It is more appropriate to adjust the air pressure at 4-7kg/cm2. After adjusting, press down the switch. The maximum air pressure should not exceed 7kg/cm2;
4. The sensing distance of the photoelectric switch can be adjusted, the maximum distance is 30CM, there is a small knob on the photoelectric switch, and the sensing distance can be adjusted by turning left and right;
5. An exhaust fan is installed at the back, which can suck the dust on the bottom of the dust removal box, and the air outlet is covered with a cloth bag to collect dust.
Safety and maintenance of ion fan:
1. The compressed air must pass through the filter to filter water and oil, and the socket connected to the dust box must be reliably grounded. The maximum air pressure should not exceed 7kg/cm2;
2. This machine is a 4.6KV high-voltage ion generator, so it should be kept away from flammable and explosive materials. Prohibited to use in flammable and explosive environments.
