First of all, dust particles are divided into dry type and mixed type oily particles. Ion fans can simply remove dry particle dust, but for oily particles, ion fans can only blow off the dry dust attached to the surface of the oily particles and the oily particles remaining on the surface of the product. The particles can't be blown off, and they must be wiped with a dust-free cloth and an appropriate amount of drops to solve the problem.

Secondly, it is not that the faster the wind speed of the ion fan, the greater the air volume, the better the dust removal effect, and it depends on the specific use environment and product objects. If it is in a clean environment, the product is relatively regular and flat. At this time, only a small amount of air is needed to achieve good results. Because the object of dust removal at this time is mainly automatic sedimentation, the external pollution source is non-oily particulate dust, and the product surface and the airflow surface form a 30° inclination angle, just blow it lightly. Conversely, large air volume and fast flow speed will change the direction of air flow in the clean room, causing large areas of dust pollution due to random air blowing, and it is difficult to control product quality.
