Ionizer static eliminator discharge performance measurement

I. Test standard: ANSI/ESD STM3.1, ANSI/ESDSP3.3
II. Discharge speed (discharge time/ decay time): the time required for the voltage starting value 1000V to drop to 100V (10%);
III. Balance voltage/ion balance/ offset voltage (baiance voltage/ion balance/ offset voltage): the charging plate is tested for its static voltage when it acts on the ionization device for a long enough time without charging.
Requirements and precautions for ion blower tester (CPM)
1. Evaluation testing of natural attenuation of static electricity on charging plate 5 minutes ≤ 10% (3.1), periodic verification 1 minute ≤ 10% (3.3);
2. Before the offset voltage test, the original static electricity must be discharged through grounding to eliminate interference;
3. When testing the discharge time, both ±1000-±100 should be tested;
4. The peak offset voltage of the pulsed ion eliminator must be tested
5. The test environment temperature, humidity, air flow rate and other parameters should be recorded.
