LED industry static protection and storage specifications

I. Anti-static measures for device users Anyone who comes into contact with electrostatic sensitive devices (production, assembly, measurement, commissioning, storage, distribution, etc.) should pay attention to the following matters:

1. Use an anti-static wrist strap (or elbow strap, step on the strap);

2, wearing anti-static overalls, shoes, hats;

3. Avoid operations that may cause electrostatic damage;

1-1. When slanting out of the package, it should be as gentle as possible to avoid static charge when it is tilted quickly (the electrostatic potential can reach 1000-1500V in severe cases)

1-2. When taking the device, the tube should be carefully touched, and try not to touch the outer leads of the device;

1-3. The operator must first touch the anti-static work case or metal ground wire before hand or after standing up, and then work;

1-4. Do not apply a voltage exceeding the power supply voltage value to the input terminal;

1-5. Do not insert the wrong pin;

1-6. In the static protection zone, do not do static electricity, such as rubbing your feet, rubbing your hands, wearing and taking off your work clothes, etc.

1-7. Try not to use the lead terminal of the static sensitive device without using the meter. If it is not necessary, please touch the ground of the hard ground before touching the probe.

Second, the anti-static measures during the packaging, transportation and storage of the device

1, esd packaging

(1) Electrostatic sensitive devices must be packed in an anti-static packaging box or box to be shipped. This package allows the device to be transported without static electricity due to vibration and friction.

(2) Do not use nylon bags, ordinary plastic bags or foamed stupid vinyl materials for packaging.

(3) Static sensitive devices are not allowed to remove the static packaging of the device before use. Do not remove the device from the antistatic package prematurely before assembly.

(4) The package should be removed in the electrostatic protection zone. After removal, the device should be placed in a conductive box prepared in advance.

2. When transporting and transporting or transporting, minimize mechanical vibration and shock.

3. Antistatic measures should also be taken when storing static sensitive devices and printed circuit boards with static-sensitive devices or when storing them. The temperature is between 25 ° C and 35 ° C and the humidity is controlled between 50% and 70%. Regularly use the dehumidifier to adjust the humidity.
